Let me tell you about my favorite place to dine at Furman: Traditions Grille.
I can’t get enough of Traditions Grille. I try to go at least once every two weeks with my friends.
It is located at the Furman University Golf Course, just 2 minutes from the back-gate off campus. You can either sit inside or outside (I prefer outside if it’s nice out). There is a beautiful view of the golf course while you eat.
Not many Furman students know about Traditions Grille and they also don’t know that they can use their food points at Traditions Grille. I try to keep it on the down low because it is always so peaceful to get off campus and eat there for lunch without having too much of a crowd.
Here’s a look at the menu that they recently updated:
If you’re ever in a rush and don’t have time to stop by and eat there, don’t fret! What I often do is that I will call ahead, then pick up my order and bring it back to my apartment while I study.
My go-to meal is the Black Bean Burger with fries. It’s DELISH!
Next time you need to get off campus and grab a bite to eat, be sure to hit up Traditions Grille.
